All content uploaded or created by users remains their intellectual property. Users grant Quality App a license to store, display, and distribute user content as necessary to operate the service.

Limitation of Liability

Quality App is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
